Return and Refund Policy

Our apparel is printed when you order through our print partner. Because items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size. Please check the size information before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@bornagainrevivalfire.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with you on a replacement or refund.

Size exchanges may depend on the print partner and available options; contact us and we will help where possible. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method after review. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
